Индекс экономического настроения (Индекс ВШЭ) в i квартале 2015 года

Abstract

Согласно расчетам экспертов Центра, Индекс экономического настроения (ИЭН ВШЭ) в I квартале 2015 г. снизился на 9 пунктов до рекордной отметки 84.1. Более низкие значения индикатора последний раз наблюдались в середине 2009 г. Негативная динамика ИЭН ВШЭ сохраняется уже восьмой квартал подряд, при этом в течение шести кварталов его значение остается ниже своего среднего долгосрочного уровня (100). Такая траектория индикатора однозначно интерпретируется как масштабное и устойчивое ухудшение делового климата в экономике страны и заметный рост пессимизма предпринимателей и потребителей.
