Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению передового зарубежного опыта в части совершенствования механизмов распределения грантового финансирования. Авторами рассматривается практический пример успешного внедрения инновационных ваучеров за рубежом, проводятся сопоставления с точки зрения наличия в России уже сформировавшихся институтов, соответствующих по функционалу зарубежным, рассматриваются возможные механизмы имплементации успешного мирового опыта использования инновационных ваучеров в России. На основании проведенного анализа авторы дают оценку перспектив внедрения предложенной схемы в России.
