Abstract

Рассмотрены задачи и основные направления долговой политики субъекта Российской Федерации на примере Самарской области, проведен анализ структуры заимствований и долговой нагрузки, как по субъекту в целом, так и по муниципальным образованиям. Выявлен порядок предоставления бюджетных кредитов муниципальным образованиям.Tasks and the main directions of debt policy of the subject of the Russian Federation on the example of the Samara region are considered, the analysis of structure of loans and debt loading, both on the subject in general, and on municipalities is carried out. The order of granting the budgetary credits to municipalities is revealed.
