Abstract

Рассмотрены методы оценки персонала в условиях развития рыночной экономики, дается определение оценки персонала, выявлены цели и задачи, проводится анализ классификации методов оценки персонала, выявляются недостатки и преимущества, более широко рассмотрен метод на основе моделей компетенций.Performance appraisal methods in the conditions of development of market economy are considered, performance appraisal definition is given, the purposes and tasks are revealed, the analysis of classification of methods of performance appraisal is carried out, shortcomings and advantages come to light, the method on the basis of models of competences is more widely considered.
