Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности регионализации и глобализации, которые имеют двойственную природу, зависят от институциональной системы, которая в свою очередь, влияет на становление новых правил в экономическом пространстве, в котором взаимодействуют хозяйственные субъекты. На примере Самарской области показана реализация государством социально-экономического развития России, которая предполагает многополярное развитие страны и формирование новых зон опережающего развития.
