Abstract

В работе исследуется поведение рынка труда в условиях конъюнктурных изменений экономики Самарской области. Объясняется, почему, несмотря на рецессию, его ключевые индикаторы экономической активности, занятости, безработицы продолжают оставаться на благоприятных уровнях. Показывается, что в долгосрочной перспективе состояние рынка труда будет оказывать негативное влияние на экономическое развитие региона.This paper studies the behavior of the labor market in the conditions of short-term changes in the economy of the Samara region. Explains why, despite the recession, its key indicators of economic activity, employment, unemployment rates continue to remain at favorable levels. It is shown that in the long run, the labour market situation will have a negative impact on the economic development of the region.
