Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы и возможности импортозамещения в сельском хозяйстве и значительная роль малых аграрных форм хозяйствования в этом процессе. Отмечается, что основной целью импортного замещения является повышение конкурентоспособности отечественной сельскохозяйственной продукции посредством большей мотивации технологической модернизации и инновационной политики в производстве, через освоение новых инновационных, более конкурентоспособных продовольственных продуктов с более высокими потребительскими параметрами. Подчеркивается важность восстановления утраченных возможностей племенного дела в животноводстве, особенно в свиноводстве и скотоводстве. Наиболее сложная ситуация отмечается с кредитованием, где автор рекомендует снижение ставок. Важным считается изменение механизма перераспределения государственной поддержки в пользу животноводства, где имеют место большие риски, трудности кредитования.
