Abstract

Рассмотрены особенности разработки и реализации целевых программ развития региона на примере Саратовской области. Представлен перечень наиболее значимых социальных программ, реализуемых в области в последние годы. Отмечены целевые программы, имеющие высокие показатели эффективности реализации и положительные результаты. Представлен перечень основных нормативно-правовых актов, в соответствии с которыми в Саратовской области осуществляются разработка и реализация целевых программ. Выявлены важнейшие проблемы в указанной сфере.
