Abstract

Раскрыты общие характеристики муниципальной службы, особенности формирования кадрового состава муниципальных служащих, а также выявлены проблемы организации работы с персоналом управления на примере муниципальных служащих Администрации городского округа Саранск. Проведен анализ нормативно-правовой базы муниципальной службы, и на его основании предложены некоторые рекомендации по совершенствованию управления карьерой муниципальных служащих как фактора устойчивого развития региона.
