Abstract

В статье представлены информационные и аналитические данные о динамике расходов государственного бюджета Республики Казахстан на образование за период 2008-2014 годы. Проводится анализ как общего уровня расходов, так и их структуры по уровням образования. Актуальность проведенного анализа в том, что рассматривается уровень государственной вовлеченности в сферу образования, в качестве основной формы инвестиций государства в человеческий капитал страны. Представляют интерес выводы по оценке степени участия государства на примере стран Евразийского экономического союза.
