Abstract

В работе отмечены трудности и описаны особенности оценки уровня коммерческой значимости РНТД, связанные прежде всего с необходимостью учета в рамках одной модели качественных и количественных критериев оценки на каждом этапе жизненного цикла проекта коммерциализации; предложен метод расчета интегральной оценки, учитывающий в рамках одной модели как количественные, так и качественные критерии оценки уровня коммерческой значимости РНТД, который основан на системной методологии анализа иерархий.
