Abstract

Статтю присвячено проблемам модернізації економіки України. На основі дослідження сучасних світових тенденцій індустріального розвитку визначено, що інноваційне оновлення української економіки потребує перерозподілу повноваженьв управлінні. Акцентовано увагу на здійснення регіональної політики, що ставить за мету розвиток здібностей головних дійових осіб до безперервного навчання і стратегічної інноваційної поведінки.Статья посвящена проблемам модернизации экономики Украины. На основе исследования современных мировых тенденций индустриального развития определено, что инновационное обновление украинской экономики требует перераспределения полномочий в управлении. Акцентировано внимание на осуществление региональной политики, которая ставит целью развитие способностей главных действующих лиц к непрерывному обучению и стратегического инновационного поведения.The article deals with problems of modernization of Ukraine's economy. Based on the study of modern world trends of industrial development is determined that an innovative upgrade Ukrainian economy needs a reauthorization in government. It was pointed out on the regional policy making, which aims to develop the capacity of prime actors for lifelong learning and strategic innovation behavior.
