Abstract

У статті проаналізовано стан незабезпечення соціальних гарантій громадян України. Визначено особливості формування системи державних соціальних стандартів в Україні та країнах ЄС. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо розширення соціально-економічних прав та державних соціальних стандартів в сучасних кризових умовах.В статье проанализировано состояние необеспечения социальных гарантий граждан Украины. Определены особенности формирования системы государственных социальных стандартов в Украине и странах ЕС. Предложены рекомендации по расширению социально-экономических прав и государственных социальных стандартов для населения в современных кризисных условиях.The condition of non-provision of social guarantees to the citizens of Ukraine is analyzed. Peculiarities of forming of the system of state social standards in Ukraine and EU countries are defined. Recommendations concerning social factor of economic transformations in current crisis conditions are proposed.
