Синергетический Подход К Методологии Инновационного Развития На Мезоуровне: Социальный Потенциал

Abstract

Обоснована необходимость учета, в период трансформации экономической системы на мезоуровне, важной особенности современных экономических закономерностей развития социального потенциала, как фактора интеллектуализации социально-экономических процессов. Выдвинуто предположение, что конфликтогеном социально-экономического цикла развития сложных саморегулирующихся социально-экономических систем является интеллектуальный капитал. Доказано, что некоторые методологические и теоретические контексты развития таких систем остаются недостаточно разработанными и требуют уточнения конкретных социально-экономических условий, что приводит к необходимости уточнения конкретных социально-экономических условий конкретного региона.
