Тенденции Развития Венчурного Инвестирования В Украине

Abstract

В статье выполнен анализ динамики показателей развития венчурного инвестирования в Украине: количество компаний по управлению активами, институтов совместного инвестирования, паевых и корпоративных инвестиционных фондов; совокупная стоимость активов ИСИ, общая стоимость чистых активов ИСИ, стоимость активов невенчурных фондов; структура стоимости активов ИСИ; структура стоимости чистых активов различных типов фондов; структура активов венчурных ИСИ; средняя доходность различных типов фондов. Рассчитаны коэффициенты вариации совокупной стоимости активов ИСИ, стоимости чистых активов ИСИ и стоимости активов венчурных фондов. Выявлены факторы, сдерживающие эффективное развитие отечественного рынка венчурных инвестиций. Предложен комплекс прямых и косвенных мероприятий государственной поддержки развития венчурного инвестирования в Украине. Определены направления совершенствования институционального обеспечения венчурного финансирования инновационного развития отечественной промышленности.
