Основы И Факторы Формирования Структуры Финансового Капитала Предприятий

Abstract

Рассмотрены проблемы формирования структуры финансового капитала предприятия в зависимости от влияния различных факторов. Проанализированы основные подходы оптимизации объемов собственного и заемного капитала, а также факторы, влияющие на соотношение этих предложений. Выявлены и охарактеризованы особенности формирования структуры финансового капитала компаний под влиянием внешних и внутренних факторов. Среди внешних факторов наиболее значимы: макроэкономическая динамика; текущая денежно-кредитная и бюджетно-налоговая политика; бизнес-риски; развитость рынков капитала. Основными внутренними факторами являются: вид экономической деятельности; возраст и размер компании; продолжительность операционных циклов производства.
