Роль Государственного Фонда Регионального Развития В Процессе Децентрализации Управления

Abstract

Проанализирована деятельность Государственного фонда регионального развития в 2015-2016 гг. Предложены подходы к совершенствованию его функционирования. Показана необходимость усиления инвестиционной направленности использования средств фонда. Это имеет особое значение в процессе децентрализации, когда ответственность за эффективность освоения ресурсов перемещает на местный и региональный уровень. Рассмотрена формула распределения средств между регионами Украины и даны предложения по ее гармонизации с инвестиционными потребностями регионов.
