Человеческий Капитал Личности: Оценка И Управление

Abstract

В работе впервые предложено оценивать человеческий капитал личности и управлять им на основе этих действий с ее потенциалом, что значительно понятнее для личности. Для оценки потенциала достаточно использовать расходный подход. Для управления потенциалом личности могут пригодиться известные инструменты менеджмента (например, матричный анализ). Кроме того, для оперативного управления состоянием потенциала человека можно привлечь такие современные инструменты исследования психосоматического состояния человека как ГРВ-биоэлектрография.
