Анализ Влияния Внешних И Внутренних Факторов На Стратегии Предприятий Малого И Среднего Бизнеса

Abstract

В данной статье проведен анализ существующих подходов к воздействию внешних и внутренних факторов на стратегии предприятий малого и среднего бизнеса. В результате была сформирована и систематизирована закономерность воздействий указанных факторов на стратегию предприятия малого и среднего бизнеса с целью применения их к условиям национальной экономики Украины. Представленные группы влияния состоят из семи внутренних факторов и с шести внешних факторов, которые соответствуют основным аспектам формирования и функционирования стратегий. Рассмотрены основные виды стратегии предприятий: эволюционная стратегия, стратегия дифференциации, стратегия контроля над расходами, стратегия сокращения. Определено влияние факторов на рассмотренныестратегии. Разработана схема взаимодействия внутренних и внешних факторов со стратегиями предприятий.
