Состояние, Потери И Стратегические Ориентиры Инфраструктурного Развития Восточных Промышленных Регионов

Abstract

Проведена идентификация современного состояния уровня инфраструктурного развития регионов Украины с помощью современных подходов интегральной оценки и определены потери Донецкой и Луганской областей в результате боевых действий на определенных территориях. Через международные сопоставления экономических районов по индексу индустриальной, постиндустриальной, неоиндустриальной модернизации, уровнем инфраструктурного развития и адаптивного метода регулирования определены стратегические ориентиры индикаторов ускоренного инфраструктурного развития до 2020 г., которые являются целью стратегического планирования восточных промышленных регионов. Предложены меры и механизмы Стратегии развития.
