Управление Коммерческими Рисками Производственных Предприятий

Abstract

Рассмотрены вопросы управления коммерческими рисками производственных предприятий, возникающими при повышении закупочных цен на сырье и другие закупочные материалы, вынужденном снижении продажных цен на продукцию под влиянием конкуренции и уменьшения платежеспособного спроса, а также при уменьшении объемов продаж продукции при потере рынков ее сбыта. Определены методы оценки вероятных рисковых потерь и источники их компенсации, проиллюстрировано их использования на основе данных агроперерабатывающих предприятий. Определены задачи по совершенствованию системы менеджмента предприятий для внедрения управления коммерческими рисками в текущем режиме.
