Abstract

В статье проведено исследование стратегических приоритетов и направлений стратегического планирования развития налогообложения в странах ЕС. В ходе исследования использованы методы обобщения, выделение, анализа, синтеза, индукции, что позволило говорить о диспропорции в распределения налоговой нагрузки по сферам налогообложения, а именно: со смещением акцентов налогообложения на труд, затем капитал и потребления. Определено, что основные стратегические приоритеты развития налогообложения в странах-членах ЕС сконцентрированы на стабилизации налоговых поступлений государств-членов формированию стабильного внутреннего рынка; содействии росту занятости.
