Abstract

Дана оценка инновационного потенциала Узбекистана и инновационной активности предприятий промышленности. Особое внимание уделяется структуре затрат на НИОКР и источникам их финансирования. Раскрываются причины, сдерживающие инновационную деятельность, установленные в ходе выборочного обследования субъектов предпринимательства в промышленности. Для определения национальных инновационных приоритетов и механизмов их реализации предлагается организация Межведомственного Координационного Совета по инновациям и трансферту технологий, а также ведомственных центров коммерциализации.
