Abstract

Главная цель статьи выявить современные тенденции интеграции образования, науки и бизнеса в промышленно развитом регионе. Методы, подходы исследования анализ внешней и внутренней среды организации, системный подход (любой объект рассматривается как совокупность взаимосвязанных элементов, изменение одного элемента приводит к изменению других элементов и системы в целом), воспроизводственный подход (ориентация на постоянное возобновление производства услуг для удовлетворения потребностей конкретного рынка с меньшими затратами на единицу получаемого эффекта). Важность работы состоит в том, авторами предложены новые способы взаимодействия ВУЗов, научных организаций и бизнес-структур. Акцентировано внимание на необходимости формирования модели развития кластера нанотехнологий в Удмуртской Республике, а так же разработки и принятия системообразующего федерального закона об интеграции науки, образования и производства.
