Оптимизация Ресурсного Потенциала Промышленности Города С Учетом Его Конкурентных Преимуществ

Abstract

Исходя из объективных предпосылок наибольший интерес представляет оптимизация ресурсного потенциала, основой которого являются факторы, обуславливающие конкурентоспособность и раскрывающие перспективу ее развития. Сегодня города должны эффективнее использовать имеющийся ресурсный потенциал и применять комплекс механизмов, которые будут способствовать повышению уровня конкурентоспособности их экономики. Как свидетельствуют результаты исследований, наиболее стремительно изменения происходят в экономике крупных городов, которые являются ядрами экономической реструктуризации: для крупных городов структурные изменения становятся главным направлением развития. При соответствующих условиях такие города могут стать точками экономических преобразований страны в целом.
