Abstract

Исследована социально-экономическая сущность и соотношение понятий: мотивация, стимулы, заработная плата. Проведен анализ состояния мотивации труда в экономике Украины. Даны практические рекомендации по совершенствованию механизмов мотивации, стимулирования эффективности труда в условиях социально-экономического кризиса в стране.
