Факторы Инновационной Активности Институциональных Предпринимателей

Abstract

В статье исследована концепция институционального предпринимательства и факторы, влияющие на нее. В качестве последних определено величину трансакционных издержек создания и поддержания экономических институтов, производственную мощность гаранта, институциональную дисциплину, ожидания экономических агентов, действие синергических и сетевых эффектов, а также эффективность механизмов исключения „безбилетников” из доступа к создаваемым институтам.
