Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам, с которыми сталкиваются субъекты малого и среднего бизнеса при реализации продукции, использовании производственных услуг, вступлении во взаимоотношения с органами власти и партнерами по бизнесу, отстаивании своих прав в судебных инстанциях. Эти и многие другие трудности, а также непрозрачность рыночных отношений и отсутствие необходимой информации приводят к росту трансакционных издержек. В статье даются конкретные рекомендации снижения транскционных издержек, что является одной из наиболее актуальных задач устойчивого развития малого и среднего бизнеса.
