Стагфляция Во Внутреннеденежной Экономике: Посткейнсианский Взгляд

Abstract

Статье осуществлена попытка разработки базирующейся на посткейнсианском подходе теории, объясняющей, почему стагфляция может быть внутренне присуща современному рыночному хозяйству. Очень важно, что такое хозяйство трактуется как „внутренне-денежная экономика”. Автор показывает, что стагфляция неизбежна в такой экономике, когда контролирующие значения цен фирмы пытаются избежать банкротств в условиях „долгового кризиса”, высоких и/или растущих процентных ставок и уменьшения совокупного спроса. Иными словами, во внутреннеденежной экономике рецессия всегда представляет собой стагфляцию. В статье также показано, что циклическая экспансия вкупе с погашением долгов одними фирмами и банкротством других фирм может избавить экономику от стагфляции, но лишь до появления следующей рецессии. Все эти рассуждения могут быть очень важными в сегодняшнее время глобального финансового кризиса.
