Исследование Устойчивости Перерабатывающих Предприятий Апк

Abstract

В статье рассмотрено современное состояние определения понятия устойчивости применительно к деятельности предприятий. Предложено определять устойчивость предприятия как его способность противостоять негативному влиянию внешней среды на его деятельность. Рассмотрены факторы изменчивости продажных цен продукции перерабатывающих предприятий АПК и стоимости закупаемого сырья. Предложены показатели продажной и закупочной устойчивости предприятия, выражающие превышение ценой продукции ее себестоимости и максимально допустимой стоимостью закупаемого сырья ее текущей цены. Проведены расчеты уровня продажной и закупочной устойчивости мясоперерабатывающих предприятий, результаты которых свидетельствуют об актуальности контроля уровня устойчивости и принятия мер по его поддержке не ниже предельного уровня, что гарантирует безубыточную деятельность предприятия.
