Рефлексивный Подход В Процессе Принятия Управленческого Решения По Формированию Ассортимента Предприятия

Abstract

В статье проведен анализ теоретически-методических подходов для решения задач принятия управленческих решений относительно формирования ассортимента, обоснованно, что выбор подхода к формированию ассортиментного предложения зависит от типа рынка, на котором функционирует предприятие. Предложено использование рефлексивного подхода на рынке потребителя как наиболее целесообразного, к которому относится рынок продуктов питания. Рассмотрен процесс принятия решения менеджером по формированию ассортимента на различных типах рынка с применением классического и рефлексивного подхода.
