Оценка Внешних Эффектов Отраслевых Затрат На Исследования И Разработки В Экономике Украины

Abstract

В работе обоснована актуальность исследования позитивных и негативных внешних эффектов отраслевых затрат на исследования и разработки для усовершенствования государственной промышленной политики на современном этапе развития национальной экономики. Представлены и проанализированы результаты оценки коэффициентов влияния отраслевых затрат на исследования и разработки на уровень цен в экономике Украины в течение 2000 2010 гг., полученные на основе модифицированной модели „Затраты-Выпуск”. Выявлены основные тенденции такого влияния за указанный период времени.
