Abstract

Рассмотрены теоретические основы профессионального обучения и проблемы образования. Исследовано состояние, возрастные и половые особенности профессионального обучения человека в течение жизни в различных европейских странах. Выявлены положительные тенденции распространения образования в течение жизни и основные показатели его развития. Установлены количественные характеристики внедрения продленного профессионального обучения на предприятиях стран ЕС. Обоснована необходимость использования европейского опыта и возможности распространения профессионального обучения человека в течение жизни в Украине.
