Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные тенденции и перспективы развития рынка масличных культур в масштабе страны и мира, приведены основные закономерности развития масложировой отрасли Украины. Исследована организационно-производственная структура масложировой отрасли Украины и определены особенности составляющих ее элементов. Эффективность отрасли в целом зависит от эффективности работы предприятий по производству и переработке семян масличных культур. В статье исследованы показатели экономической эффективности выращивания масличных культур, динамика цен и объемов переработки масличных культур в Украине.
