Abstract

В статье проанализирована экономическая сущность официальной помощи и механизмы ее предоставления с ударением на связи последней с целями развития тысячелетия ООН. Представлена критическая оценка влияния официальной помощи целям развития на продвижение в решении проблемы бедности и неэффективного распределения доходов.
