Методика Построения Базовых Сегментов Потребителей Санаторно-Курортных И Оздоровительных Услуг С Учетом Сервисной Компоненты

Abstract

На основі поєднання методу "дерева поділу" та укрупнення сегментів за допомогою сукупності критеріїв, запропоновано методику побудови базових сервісних сегментів споживачів на ринку санаторно-курортних та оздоровчих послуг. Сформовано та охарактеризовано дев’ять сегментів споживачів національного ринку санаторно-курортних та оздоровчих послуг з урахуванням їх відношення до якості сервісу національних підприємств.На основе сочетания метода "дерева разделения" и укрупнение сегментов с помощью совокупности критериев, предложена методика построения базовых сервисных сегментов потребителей на рынке санаторно-курортных и оздоровительных услуг. Сформированы и охарактеризованы девять сегментов потребителей национального рынка санаторно-курортных и оздоровительных услуг с учетом их отношения к качеству сервиса национальных предприятий.
