Abstract

Целью данной статьи является исследование текущих процессов сотрудничества в международном бизнесе. Глобализация и новые технологии создают новые возможности и вызовы для фирм. Статья состоит из пяти основных разделов. В первом, определяется сущность делового сотрудничества и преимуществ сотрудничества. Во втором разделе рассматриваются основные аналитические перспективы делового сотрудничества. В третий части представлены организационные формы сотрудничества в области международного бизнеса. Четвертый раздел посвящен презентации понятия сотрудничества, как сочетания сотрудничества и конкуренции. В пятой главе исследовано влияние новых технологий на сотрудничество
