Abstract

2004 оказался одним из самых благополучных для российских банков. В наибольшей степени это благополучие определялось развитием операций, связанных с обслуживанием населения и дальнейшим расширением и укреплением рынка корпоративного кредитования. Если по итогам 2003 года мы могли говорить, что банки стали успешнее выполнять функцию перераспределения средств между секторами экономики, то 2004г. дает для такого заключения еще больше оснований. Среди других положительных тенденций обращает на себя внимание обострение конкурентной борьбы между банками на фоне устойчивого ослабления позиций Сбербанка. Значительно более позитивно воспринималась в 2004 году политика Центрального Банка. Причем банки-респонденты практически не «жаловались» на высокие налоги, как на фактор, препятствующий их деятельности. Все это позволяет надеяться, что и 2005 положительная динамика развития банковского сектора будет продолжена.
