Abstract

Статья основана на материалах проекта «Инсайдеры, аутсайдеры и хорошее корпоративное управление в переходных экономиках: Россия и Болгария».1 В рамках проекта в середине 2003 года было проведено 20 глубоких интервью с руководителями открытых акционерных обществ (АО) в 6 субъектах Федерации (Москва и Московская область, Новгородская. Красноярская, Новосибирская и Свердловская области). Материалы интервью содержат новую важную информацию, в частности, дают возможность качественного анализа роли иностранных инвесторов в российских компаниях и их спрос на стандарты корпоративного управления. В дополнение мы использовали для количественных оценок данные официальной статистики и формализованных обследований российских компаний.
