Российская Модель Рынка Труда: Что Впереди? (Статья Вторая)

Abstract

В первой статье [1] была дано описание реального функционирования российского рынка труда, которое характеризовалось относительно небольшими потерями в занятости и умеренной безработицей гибким рабочим временем и сверхгибкой заработной платой интенсивным оборотом рабочей силы и повсеместным распространением "нестандартных" форм трудовых отношений наконец, невысокой забастовочной активностью. В результате он оказался хорошо приспособлен к тому, чтобы амортизировать многочисленные негативные шоки, которыми сопровождался процесс системной трансформации. Приспособление к ним осуществлялось прежде всего за счет изменения цены труда и его продолжительности и лишь в весьма ограниченной степени – за счет изменений в занятости. В свое время это дало основание Ричарду Лэйарду охарактеризовать российскую модель рынка труда как "мечту любого экономиста-неоклассика".
