Влияние Директоров На Деятельность Отечественных Промышленных Предприятий

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты обследования российских промышленных предприятий на предмет выявления зависимости различных аспектов деятельности предприятий от их директоров по 100-бальной шкале, где 100 баллов директор решает всѐ сам, 0 решают другие. В целом директора в меньшей степени контролируют вопросы ценовой политики и реорганизации предприятий, а наиболее сильное влияние проявляется в определении заработной платы и финансовой стратегии на предприятии. С точки зрения эффективности, наиболее успешными оказались предприятия, где степень влияния директора на принятие решений составляет от 76 до 90 баллов. Предприятия этой группы имеют лучшую динамику выпуска, более высокую производительность труда, активнее инвестируют, а их капвложения оказываются более прибыльными.
