Abstract

Статья посвящена становлению, развитию возмещения вреда, причиненного преступлением, в уголовном судопроизводстве Социалистической Республики Вьетнам. Особое внимание уделено анализу этапов развития уголовно-процессуального и иного законодательства, определяющего порядок возмещения вреда потерпевшему.
