Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы технического регулирования в условиях медленно протекающей реформы, проблема определения места технических регламентов в российской правовой системе и подходы государства к стандартизации в условиях современного технического регулирования. Приводится сравнительный анализ правового регулирования стандартизации в отношении оборонной продукции и продукции гражданского назначения.
