Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу правовых аксиом и правовых категорий развития уголовно-процессуального права. Раскрывается специфика структуры правовых аксиом, норм и морали. Выражается объективная сущность уголовно-процессуального права, которая отражается в единстве соответствующих правовых категорий, а также выделяются принципы уголовно-процессуального права.This article is devoted to the analysis of legal postulates and legal categories of criminal procedure law development. Structural specificity of legal postulates, norms and morality is revealed. An objective essence of criminal procedure which is reflected in the unity of relevant legal categories is expressed, as well as principles of criminal procedure are identified.
