Abstract

В статье рассматривается категория «титульная нация», её политико-правовое значение, а также необходимость закрепления в российском законодательстве. В статье также поднимается вопрос консолидации российского многонационального народа вокруг государствообразующей нации в целях построения сильного государства.The article reviews the category of «titular nation», its political and legal meaning, likewise its necessity of capture in Russian legislation. The article also raises the question of consolidation of Russian multi-ethnic nations around state-forming nation in order to build a powerful country.
