Abstract

В статье рассматриваются существующие подходы к определению механизма реализации прав и свобод. Автор приходит к выводу, что механизм реализации прав и свобод человека и гражданина является особым правовым механизмом, представляющим собой систему предусмотренных законом действий разнообразных субъектов, направленных на получение (гарантирование получения) индивидуального блага или общественно значимого результата.The article presents the existing approaches to defining of mechanisms of realization of rights and freedoms. The author arrives to the conclusion that the mechanism of realization of human and civil rights and freedoms is a unique legal mechanism constituting a system of legally provided acts performed by various subjects and aimed at receiving of an individual benefit or public deliverables.
