Abstract

Данная статья посвящена теоретическим аспектам определения критериев истинности раскаяния виновного при назначении судом наказания. В статье выдвигаются гипотезы о таких критериях, обозначаются наиболее общие вопросы в данной сфере. Правильное понимание и выявление обозначенных критериев позволит суду адекватно оценивать личность преступника и назначить справедливое наказание.
