Институт Референдума В Российской Федерации: Миф Или Реальность

Abstract

Российская Федерация провозглашена как демократическое правовое государство, однако на практике да-леко не всегда прослеживается верховенство права и правового закона как неотъемлемых составляющих право-вого государства. Институт референдума является первостепенным элементом правового государства, но в насто-ящее время в полной мере не применяется, что и ставит под сомнение реальное существование данного института в российском законодательстве. Таким образом, данная статья посвящена определению места института референдума в Российской Федера-ции как наивысшей форме народовластия.
