Abstract

В статье проведен общий анализ правового поля венчурной деятельности в России, а также представлены общие тренды развития российской венчурной индустрии. Сделанный акцент на законодательном регулировании венчурной деятельности не случаен в условиях экономической и финансовой нестабильности, так во многом успешное функционирование инновационных проектов зависит от принимаемых на федеральном и иных уровнях нормативно-правовых актов.
