Abstract

В статье, рассматривая различные аспекты формирования стратегии инновационного развития аграрно-промышленного комплекса (АПК), обосновывается необходимость перехода к новым подходам формирования социально-ориентированной модели рыночной экономики. Сформулированы его ключевые цели и направления: ориентация на долгосрочный период, отход от рыночного фундаментализма, развития человеческого потенциала и перехода к планово-рыночной экономике. Доказывается необходимость опережающего развития крупного производства и усиления роли государства в экономике как основы новой инвестиционной политики.
